Autonomous destacker
The MBO CoBo-Stack 30i is the extension of our CoBo-Stack 10i. The CoBo-Stack 30i works with three safety sensors that monitor the environment within a radius of 1.5 meters. If there is no human in this safety field, the robot operates at industrial speed. As soon as a human approaches the robot, it automatically switches to the slower collaborative mode.
Product stacks, such as folded signatures, are transported from the delivery to the table of the CoBo-Stack 30i. From there, the cobot picks up the stacks (< 5 kg) and places them on pallets. This frees the operator from all physical work.
The pallets can be placed on both sides of the CoBo-Stack 30i, allowing work to be carried out without interruption. While the MBO CoBo-Stack 30i is filling a pallet, the operator can move the full pallet to the other side of the cobot and prepare the next, empty pallet.
Robotics
An indicator light and an acoustic signal indicate the various operating statuses. This means that the operator does not have to constantly be right next to the production machine and has time to take care of administrative tasks, such as quality control or preparing the next order.
Stack deliveries from a wide range of manufacturers: The CoBo-Stack 30i works autonomously and is therefore suitable for use on stack-dispensing deliveries from a wide range of manufacturers. With the CoBo-Stack 30i, the transfer speed of the stacks can be optimized and comprehensive networking with the folding machine can be established.
The CoBo-Stack 30i impresses with its high performance and load capacity, making it particularly suitable for use behind a saddle stitcher or perfect binder. However, thanks to its mobile and autonomous design, it can also be used for almost all other palletizing tasks in the industry.
User Friendliness
Like most MBO machines, the MBO CoBo-Stack 30i can be set and controlled using the familiar MBO M1 control system with touch screen. The user interface is user-friendly, clear and intuitive.
Speed of Production
The CoBo-Stack 30i operates at a cycle time of 450 packs per hour, exceeding the speed of most production lines.
