ASP66 Stream Delivery
The ASP is a simple and clearly laid out shed display. It can be set up quickly and conveniently and is also mobile. It is therefore the right choice if the position of the delivery is changed frequently and if small to medium runs are produced. The ASP is also well suited for sensitive and freshly printed products, as the risk of marking is very low.
The integrated press with pre-press and main press rollers delivers good delivery quality for stacking and further processing of the folded sheets. Two separate, infinitely variable drives for the infeed table/press and for the collecting belts/collecting belts ensure a high capacity by compressing the shingle flow. With its 50 cm longer collecting table, the ASP66L-2ME offers an even higher intake capacity.

User Friendliness
To make removal easier, the marking device allows a selectable number of products to be offset by two centimetres in packs. The products are always counted precisely using a light barrier and counter. Multiple product streams are spread out, which also makes removal easier.
Together with the light barrier, the counter at the infeed always ensures the same number of products within an offset.

Easy height adjustment from 400 mm to max. 950 mm.
Simple adjustment of the press rollers by placing the respective paper and product thickness underneath.
