Easy operation for the B1 format
The K80 is a machine that is easy to operate. It is suitable for the high-precision and efficient production of fold products such as signatures and flyers in medium and large print runs.
But even complicated fold patterns can be produced with absolute precision. The combi folding machine achieves its technical perfection through the integration of numerous MBO-specific features.

User Friendliness
Standard feature M1 Basic machine control
The M1 Basic machine control impresses with its intuitive operator guidance. The screen diagonal of the touchscreen is 10.1". A router for the RAS remote maintenance software is available as an option. This is also a prerequisite for the optional Datamanager 4.0.
Optional feature M1 Advanced machine control
The screen diagonal of the M1 Advanced machine control unit is 15.6". The router for the RAS remote maintenance software is already included. Jog mode is possible with the noise insulation and safety device open. The machine can also be operated using a two-hand control. The M1 Advanced is compatible with Datamanager 4.0, a software package for production planning. In addition, a folding pattern catalog is stored in the M1 Advanced to support the user during set-up.

Ease of Setup
Vacujet separating head in the pallet feeder
The Vacujet separating head is characterized by its ease of operation. Its four bellows suction cups have an automatic height adjustment to the paper stack and thus guarantee problem-free operation even with uneven pallets. The Vacujet achieves a frequency of up to 22,000 cycles per hour.
Standard feature slitter shaft cassette in parallel fold
The slitter shaft cassette can be pulled out. At an ergonomically ideal height, all tools and scrapers can be adjusted quickly and precisely outside the machine. The operator does not have to lean into the machine, but can work ergonomically and comfortably. The slitter shaft cassette therefore enables one-person operation. It also contributes, for example in multiple use production, to a reduction in set-up time of up to 60 %.
Optional feature combination buckle plates
Combi buckle plates can be opened and closed easily without having to be removed from the machine. This minimizes set-up times and prevents damage to the buckles. The profiles of the combination buckle plates are nickel-plated. This enables low-friction deflection of the sheet as well as stable perforations and creasing, even at high folding speeds.
