The K70 is the entry-level model from MBO. It is available as a manual machine and scores with a very good price-performance ratio. The K70 is suitable for the high-precision and efficient production of folded products such as signatures and flyers in medium and high print runs. Even complicated folding patterns can be produced with absolute precision.

The M1 Basic machine control impresses with its intuitive operator guidance. The screen diagonal of the touchscreen is 10.1". A router for the RAS remote maintenance software is available as an option. This is also a prerequisite for the optional Datamanager 4.0.

Optional feature Vivas (Vacubelt and Vacutable):
Vivas reliably ensures a flat sheet intake and optimum sheet travel with high conveying force. The Vivas vacuum system replaces the conventional suction wheel and ball bars. Vivas guarantees freedom from marking even with sensitive and freshly printed products. The vacuum of the suction belt is divided into two zones and can be continuously adjusted to the respective paper quality during production.
Optional feature combination buckle plates:
Combination buckle plates can be easily opened and closed without having to be removed from the machine. This minimizes set-up times and prevents damage to the buckle plates. The profiles of the combination buckle plates are nickel-plated. This enables low-friction deflection of the sheet as well as stable perforations and creasing, even at high folding speeds.
