XP25 Knife Unit
The proven XP25 parallel knife folding unit can be flexibly integrated into all H+H lines. It is suitable for folding products that are too thick for a conventional buckle plate folder. Integration of a cold glue system is possible with “gluing on the fly” or “gluing in the knife section”. As option is the gluing system extendable with glue scan. Therefore is also an ejector gate mandatory. Another option for product closing is to use a L350 labeller.
The XP25 can be fully integrated into the production line with its M1 Advanced machine control.

User Friendliness
The latest generation of the XP25 can be operated intuitively via the M1 Advanced Control touchscreen. The production process can be monitored visually thanks to the Plexiglas protective cover. The XP25 is also mobile and can therefore be used flexibly. Thanks to mountable deflectors it is not necessary to remove the unit in case of it is not needed.
