  • On top of this asynchronous automatic plate changing <AAPC> with Parallel Control will improve the speed of plate changing, while simultaneously washing blankets. 
  • The ink rollers are driven independently which allows the switching process to proceed in parallel. During automatic ink roller washing the resin coater plates are replaced simultaneously by the operator. Both blanket washing and plate changing are completed within two minutes. 
  • Additionally, pre-inking plus will recognize prior used special ink colors, decreasing the amount of test prints by 50%.
