The Lithrone GX40 embodies a range of automation options and features, contributing to a high speed production at 18.000 sheets per hour on a wide range of substrates. The automation allows for quick job change over times and minimises raw material usage when achieving colour balance. The Lithrone GX40 is also equipped with an in-line quality inspection system that includes features such as comparator checks, against the customer approved artwork and the identification of non-conforming sheets.
With the new Komori GX40, the team at Medica Packaging uses state-of-the-art printing equipment and market-leading manufacturing processes, to ensure it meets the highest industry standards of ISO 9001:2015 and PS9000.
