Exceeding customer expectations is core to everything we do. The safety, comfort and well-being of you and our employees are our highest priority. During the past weeks we’ve closely monitored updates of guidance regarding the Coronavirus / COVID-19 provided by the WHO and local government agencies.

As this situation has developed, we’ve provided guidance to our employees and put into practice heightened procedures designed to protect you and our employees. For this reason, we ask for your understanding regarding some temporary policy decisions:

  1. No cross border and no non-urgent travel until further notice: This applies to all Komori employees, both sales and service staff. If you have a service and/or parts issue please call the local Komori representative and we will do what we can to provide technical support.
  1. Komori offices in Europe – We remain open for business, although employees have been instructed to work from home where possible. We are not, however, allowing anyone besides Komori employees into our offices.

At present we have no signs that the supply of Komori presses, Komori parts and/or Komori K-Supply consumables might become interrupted, but we cannot influence the situation of carriers who are dependent on border procedures or even more border closures. Carriers are currently no longer entering into punctual delivery commitments.
